A witch revival told in dance, music and installation – a raw and visceral moving painting spanning miles of volcanic expanse following the transformations of nine women as they learn to befriend their witch power.

Site specific contemporary dance trio – a spectacle playing with exploding binary, inspired by the Tao Te Ching : “the one became the two, became the myriad things”. A favorite ending to be sure, celebratory and cathartic as fuck – the three of us dancers whipping paint-filled balloons at a white canvas and shrieking and hollering as we triumphed over the tyrant of Perfection.

An immersive dance-theater adaptation of Virginia Woolf’s The Waves: “Beautiful -- and moving. ‘B for Butterfly Powder’ captures and translates into movement and music something at the heart of this lyrical book -- the stark being that we glimpse, but rarely, behind seemingly solid shapes and appearances.” Christine Froula, Ph.D and Author of Virginia Woolf and the Bloomsbury Avant-Garde: War, Civility, Modernity (Columbia UP, 2005). A solo piece with a backing chorus of 8.

Set in a private home, a quartet performs comic physical-theater vignettes in different rooms, depicting our unbridled animal nature lurking beneath our manufactured propriety.

Acted, danced, sung in and co-directed countless pieces since I directed my first play in 2000. Please ask to see comprehensive list :) For now, acting in and directing The Vagina Monologues (and taking a leadership workshop with Eve Ensler) is the most relevant and inspiring experience related to my mission to create a show and a social movement around coming out parties.
